Lavender Oil

To combat insomnia, muscle stress and headaches gently massage with lavender oil or soak in warm bath water after you add 25 to 30 drops of lavender oil and a glass of fresh milk and enjoy it for as long as you can. If you do not have time to enjoy the hot tub water, drop some of the lavender oil on your sponge and then have a soothing shower. You will smell nice, you will be relaxed and sleep perfectly. Finally, lavender is ideal to relieve sunburn and herpes sores.
